The project plans to deliver 805 residential units. The four communities include, Cameo and Harmony at Côta Vera, each a multifamily rental community, as well as Serenity at Côta Vera, a community combining build-to-rent homes with multifamily rentals, and Rivano at Côta Vera, a for-sale single-family neighborhood developed in partnership with Hallmark Communities. All of the communities are owned by a subsidiary of the Developer.
