We are pleased to announce that Côta Vera 3 has received I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), marking an important milestone for the project and its EB-5 offering.
Located within the master-planned Otay Ranch community in Chula Vista, California, Côta Vera 3 is designed to deliver 805 residential units across four distinct neighborhoods: Cameo, Harmony, Serenity, and Rivano. The development includes multifamily rental housing, build-to-rent homes, and for-sale single-family residences, helping meet the growing demand for housing in San Diego County.
The USCIS approval of the project’s Form I-956F confirms that the project has undergone review under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act framework. This approval provides investors with added confidence as they evaluate participation in the project.
Côta Vera 3 is expected to create approximately 1,937 jobs, supporting 129 EB-5 investors and generating an estimated 15 jobs per investor. This exceeds the EB-5 program requirement of 10 jobs per investor and provides a job creation buffer of more than 50%.
As development continues, the project remains focused on delivering high-quality housing opportunities while contributing to economic growth and job creation in the Chula Vista community.
